We hear this comment now and again. These comments tend to come from people who just recite what they have heard and have had no embedded involvement in a true agile project. There are some truly gigantic organisations that have delivered successful agile projects and gone on to deliver many successful agile projects to the great benefit of their organisations. Large companies do agile projects really well and it makes no difference what size your organisation is. Communications can be an issue on any project agile or otherwise and in organisations large or small. Ignore these baseless comments. Next!
