The project team will satisfy the delivery and release demands of the project.

We are already half way through the Commitments. This Commitment is in two parts.

You are trying to gain confirmation from the Commitment Owner that they understand and agree to the timescales and that these timescales are defined clearly to the team members.

The timescales are in two parts. Firstly, there are timescales for the whole delivery. These are the date we start the first piece of work on the first shipment and the date we deliver the last piece of work on the final shipment. Finally, there are the timescales for the start dates and the end dates for the individual developments and shipments.

When the Commitment Owner signs off your Delivery Plan and Release Plan, they are happy with working towards these dates and they have satisfied this Commitment.
