Finally your service management partners will provide Financial Service Accounting which will involve the process for charging and accounting for IT services, budgeting, invoicing, internal virements or transfer charging, funds allocation and collection.
Your service management partners will operate and support the final system whilst they will also install any required upgrades and identify live defects and bug fix requirements.
