We hear that you need loads of training for agile projects. This phrase often comes from people who have worked on waterfall projects for a long time, with no training whatsoever.
It is useful to have some background information before you venture out on some new activity and few would deny this. But it depends on the activity. If you are asked to remove the tooth from a live crocodile, there are undoubtedly some very important skills you would wish to master and some tasks you would wish to perfect beforehand. However, you are not being asked to remove the tooth from a live crocodile.
In our experience, you can deliver projects that deliver to budget using The Big Agile Toolkit.
Furthermore, the web has articles galore on the other agile approaches. do not worry. Training is not mandatory at all.
